* Seizures & Destruction: Kalimantan Tropical Fruits holds zero liability for shipments delayed, confiscated, quarantined, or destroyed by foreign customs authorities due to local agricultural restrictions. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued under these circumstances.

5. Health, Consumption, and Botanical Disclaimer

* Accuracy of Botanical Identification: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of botanical information, species identification, and scientific naming, this information is provided for general reference only. We do not warrant its absolute completeness or reliability.
